Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner as well as Caveator. Pursuant to order dated 19.12.2024, today Advocate for petitioner is present.

2. Ld. Advocate for Caveators viz. Hema Kapoor and Shruti Kapoor, is present before me and she submits that they have filed two caveats being CTSL No. 38935 of 2024 and CTSL No. 38837 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for Caveator submits that she has to take steps to file Affidavit-in-Support of Caveat but she could not be file the same, since copy of the petition is not serve upon her.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that one week time may be granted to serve the copy of petition upon her. The said request is accepted. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, one week time is granted to serve the copy of Petition upon the Advocate for Caveator, from the date of uploading of this order.

4. Office to number the caveat as per rules and convert the petition into Suit and number the said Suit accordingly, as per the procedure. Hence, remove from board.
