Advocate for petitioner submits that he has already filed consent Affidavits of Jyoti Kumar Bathwal dated 12.11.2024, Kiran Bathwal dated 04.11.2024 and also Pradip Kumar Bathwal, Bandana Maskara.

2. Upon perusing of the Petition as well as Affidavits which are filed through e-filing, it is found that consent Affidavits of Pradip Kumar Bathwal, Bandana Maskara are not filed. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to verify whether the said documents are filed on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and get it approved the same.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will file fresh Additional Affidavit of Attesting Witness since averment with respect to the date which is mentioned by hand, is remained to be mention in the Affidavit dated 23.07.2024. Advocate for petitioner file detail Affidavit of the Attesting Witness.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in para No. 7 of the petition as well. Advocate for petitioner further directed to provide copy of Schedule II, as the same is not annexed to the petition.

5. List the matter on 23.01.2025.
