However, he has produced original bond and upon perusal, it is noticed that third date is missing. Hence, Petitioner to file administration bond for gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
