After the order for issuance of Succession Certificate was passed on 06.10.2025, the office has raised the objections as regards the court fees. It is to be noted that the petitioner has already paid the court fees of Rs.75,000/- in earlier TP No. 325 of 2003 therefore, office objections of the court fees in the present petition is dispensed with.

2. In view thereof, as the Deceased is same in both the petitions hence, office to proceed for issuance of grant for Succession Certificate as per order dated 06.10.2025.
