Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.12.2025 and thereby submitted that in para no. 6 of the order dated 18.12.2025, capacity of the petitioner no. 1 stated as 'son' instead of Daughter.

2. Perused petition and order dated 18.12.2025, words "being son" are deleted and word 'daughter' is corrected by adding alphabet 's'. Accordingly, word "daughter" is corrected as "daughters".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 18.12.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
