The petitioner seeks permission amend the Para No. 4 of the petition, so as to aver the facts about the grandparents of the deceased. Praecipe is allowed amendment to be carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if the petition is pending. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, the re-verification stands dispensed with. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
