1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that on 13.02.2025, he has moved a joint praecipe in this matter and in TP/4925/2024. However, order has passed in TP/4925/2024 and not in 5218/2024. Hence, same may be corrected.

1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that on 02.12.2024 citation order was passed and matter was adjourned to 06.02.2025.

However, on 06.02.2025 again citation was issued and no date is assigned. Hence, same may be corrected. Submission is accepted.

2. Ld. advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 13.02.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the prayer of the petition. Submission is accepted. The petitioner to carry out an amendment within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Upon filing an affidavit, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification stands dispensed with. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of its amendment.
