1. While checking the draft of the matter, it is noticed that in order dated 25.02.2025 place of death of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as Mumbai instead of Thane. Hence, in order dated 25.02.2025 place of death of the deceased stands corrected and read as "Thane".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 21.02.2025.
