Learned advocate for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has instructed her to withdraw the petition in pursuance of the earlier compromise terms, which has been recorded by the Honorable High Court in Miscellaneous Petition for revocation of the grant having No. 93/2015 in TP Np. 58/2010. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner further submits that persons who have right for the properties will take steps in respect of the properties mentioned in the present petition, according to the law.
