1. In para no. 4 of the petition, petitioner has stated that "the deceased husband also pre-deceased the deceased leaving behind only son as mentioned above who is the petitioner and had no daughter". However, in a petition's title, petitioner has stated himself as a nephew of the deceased. Hence, petitioner to take steps to amend the statement.

2. Petitioner has not mentioned the names of the persons who has a prior right on inheritance as per the Section 08 and 9 of Hindu Succession Act 1956. Hence, in view of the Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Petitioner to state the names of the persons who has prior right to inheritance. Hence, petitioner to comply the same.
