TP/5232/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Shivam Gupta i/b. Pratiksha Thakur, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Paras Jawahar Vora being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Vasanti Jawahar Vora died intestate at Mumbai on 06.10.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Jawahar Devraj Vora died intestate at Mumbai on 06.10.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased No. 2 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased wife and husband. Both deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs. As per para No. 11 of the petition, both the deceased held shares mentioned in Schedule I annexed to the petition.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 31.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 31.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
