Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.03.2025 to delete the existing property mentioned in the schedule-I of the petition, which is already in the name of the petitioner. In view of the document annexed at the serial no. 1 of the praecipe, submission is accepted. Petitioner seeks permission to add another property which was sought by earlier order dated 15.01.2025 as per the praecipe dated 15.01.2025. In view of the document annexed at the serial no. 2 of the praecipe, submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Consequential amendment if any permitted. Petition to be verified.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that petitioner is present and he will carry out an amendment throughout the day.

4. Amended petition and schedule should be signed by the petitioner. Furthermore, petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector after carrying out the amendment.
