Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted a Principe dated 26 of February 2025 and thereby requested to allow the petitioner to correct an information about the legal heirs of the deceased in respective paragraph of the petition. He further submitted that one of the legal heirs, namely Vikram, is died on 14th January 2025 and accordingly an information is required to be brought before the Court. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Upon production of the true copy of this certificate, and the verification of the proposed amendment is dispensed with. Ld. advocate for the petitioner further submits that he takes the responsibility of the statement made in the petition, in this regard. His statement is taken on record.
