1. Petitioner to satisfy that legacy is paid to the daughters (namely, Shakila Qudrat Ali shaikh, Naazparvin Abbas khan and Mahar Mohd Hanib Bano) of the deceased as per the Will (i.e. Rs.2,00,000/- each. Otherwise, the petitioner to justify their share by following the procedure laid down in Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

2. Furthermore, petitioner to file affidavit of Maher or take steps to serve the citation on the said Mahar Mohd Hanib Bano, as per the provisions of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
