The petitioner to comply the Rule 383 of Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 in respect of the addition and/or deletion, if any, in the Will, as per the note written below the form No.102 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to comply the Rule 419 of Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 as the deceased has affixed thumb on the Will or singed in the different language than the Language of the Will, as per the note written below the affidavit numbered as form No.102 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.

5. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted submitted that citation is published in the newspaper on 15.07.2025. Hence, 14 days of service of citation are not yet completed.

Petitioner to file official translation fo the Will or follow directions given in TP/1263/2023 in respect of the translation of the Will.
