Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 29.01.2025 and submitted that in earlier order dated 02.01.2025 amendment was allowed to carryout in the petition as per the Section 238 of Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, he could not carried out the amendment. Hence, order dated 02.01.2025 is hereby corrected and read as petitioner is permitted to amend the title and prayer of the petition as per the Section 243 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
