Perused Petition. The petition is filed by the Constituted Attorney of the legal heir of the deceased. Hence, petitioner to take steps to amend the title as well as the prayer of the petition, as per Sec. 243 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

Furthermore, the Power of Attorney is not properly stamped as per the Sec. 18 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958. Hence, the petitioner to take steps to make Power of Attorney admissible and then take steps to amend the petition.
