2. Accordingly, petitioner to take steps as per the Section 34, 33 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 by following due procedure of the law. Original Power of Attorney is with the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and therefore, he shall lodge the same with the Office of the Collector, Bombay or any other office having jurisdiction to adjudicate the said document, for necessary endorsement and payment of the requisite Stamp Duty as per the Provisions of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958. Hence, adjourned.
