Similarly there is a second praecipe and Petitioner thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 6 and thereby seeks amendment to make an averment about the properties which are mentioned in the Will but not in the petition. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to the amend the schedule -I of the petition in respect of the shares of Abhilashsa Properties Ltd. Both the praecipes are allowed. Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re- verification is dispensed with. with WILL/2109/2024

2. petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded into CIS within 05 days from the date of its amendment.
