Advocate for the Petitioner submits that some pages from the Will were not submitted to the office. However, its translated copy is a part of the Will and it is registered according to the Law. The office has pointed out this fact while preparing the Grant. According to the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, submits that these pages are with the petitioner and he may be permitted to produce the same in the proceeding.

Submission is accepted. Office to verify the original Will and receive the remaining papers of the Will and make necessary endorsement in this regard. Furthermore, the petitioner and the officer shall ensure that all papers are received and same are in proper in order.

After compliance, matter be placed before the undersigned officer, in next Week of April, 2025, for correction in para no. 4 of the order dated 21.02.2025.
