1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has tendered the entire copy of the Will has been deposited with the office of the Testamentary Department as per the order dated 16.04.2025. Accordingly, para no. 4 of the order dated 21.02.2025 is required to be corrected to state that the will is executed in Gujrati language and its translation into English is also attached therewith, at the time of Registration.

As per the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner Will was executed in the Gujrati Language. Hence, translation is required. At this juncture, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he will file an affidavit for translation of the Will, as per the directions given by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has gone through the translation of the documents and same is correct. He submitted that as per the practice followed in State of Maharashtra, as the Will was in Gujrati language, the Registration Office insisted to translate the Will in to English Language and annexed it with the Gujrati Will for the registration purpose. Submission is taken on record. Accordingly, petitioner to amend the averment in respect of the language of the Will and its translation. Averment shall be made within three weeks from the date of uploading of additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment. Re-verification is dispensed with.
