Read earlier order dated 06.05.2025 and perused the petition uploaded in the CIS as per the said Order. 2.

The petitioner has amended the petition and included the entire copy of the Will which is in English as well as in Gujarati Language. However, the petitioner has not filed the translated copy of the Gujarati Will. The petitioner has not complied with directions given by the Hon'ble Court in Testamentary Petition No.1263/2023. Hence, the petitioner to comply the requisitions regarding the translation of Will. Once the requisitions is complied with, petitioner to move the praecipe for further directions.
