1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that he has flied an affidavit in respect of the translation of the Gujarati Will, which is part of the registered Will. According to him, the Will which is registered was executed in Gujarati Language and it was presented before Sub-Registrar Office for registration along with its English translation. He submitted that he has gone through the Gujarati Will along with English Translation and it is true and correct. He has filed the affidavit as per the directions given by the Hon'ble Court in TP No. 1263/2023. Submission is taken on the record.

2. In paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 21.02.2025, it is mentioned that the Testatrix executed a Will in the English Language. However, as per the recent amendment in the petition, it appears that the Will was executed in the Gujarati Language. Its English Translation is produced. As per the affidavit of Ld. advocate for the petitioner, English Translation of the said Will is correct.

3. In addition to earlier order dated 21.02.2025, it appears that, the Petitioner stated that the deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 04.07.2017, in Gujarati language and its English Translation is produced. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that as per the Directions of the Hon'ble Court in TP no. 1263/2023, he has confirmed that the English Translation of the Will is correct. Now, the original Will is handed in separately for being filed and kept in a safe place in the Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay.

4. Hence, the office to proceed for issuance of the grant as per the order dated 21.02.2025. Furthermore, department to annex the entire copy of the Will to the grant.
