Advocate for petitioner has filed precipe dated 06.10.2025 seeking corrections as regards place of death of deceased in the grant. The Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master by an order dated 16.10.2025 passed on the office submission, has permitted the petitioner to make corrections as regards the place of death of deceased from 'Bengaluru' to Mumbai in the petition and thereafter, in the grant of Probate dated 12.09.2025.

2. In view thereof, Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed precipe dated 28.10.2025 (submitted on 29.10.2025) and seeks leave to carry out corrections in the petition. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in the petition within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld.
