The captioned Testamentary Petition is filed for letters of administration (with a Will) in respect of the properties and credits of one Jamna Glorio Rufmo Gomes (deceased). Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner pointed out that the petitioner who is the sole beneficiary under the said Will has filed the present petition. Since, despite the executors been called upon, they had failed and neglected to do so. This is specifically pleaded in paragraph 5 of the petition. In view of the above, issue special citation to the executors, returnable on th June 2025, whose details are as follows:
