By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks grant of Letters of Administration along with Will annexed.

The Petitioner asserts that she is the sole beneficiary under the Will of the deceased. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Citations were duly served upon the two executors named in the Will. An Affidavit of Service confirming the same has been filed on 24th June, 2025. 3.

Despite service of the Citation, the Executors have failed to take any steps in the matter.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out paragraph no.11, wherein the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased are disclosed.

In view of the existence of a Will and the failure of Executors to act upon it, I find it appropriate to grant the reliefs sought in the Petition.

The Registry is directed to grant Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to the Petitioner. The Registry shall endeavour to process and complete the issuance preferably within a period of four weeks. 7.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
