Petitioner to state about the marital status of the V. L. Ganpathi and in case of his marital status is married then further state bout his widow, children, if any.

Furthermore, the petitioner to make statement about the properties, which are bequeathed to other legatees under the Will, but not mentioned in the petition.

Petitioner to take steps to mention the all legal heirs as per the Section 15(1) (a) read with Sec. 16 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

Petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, petitioner to comply Rule 383 r/w form no. 102 a/w Note of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.

Petitioner to file consent of legal heirs of the deceased. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has produced original administration bond. Upon going through the same, it is noticed that dates are incorrect in administration bond. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and re-upload the administration bond. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.
