1. Heard, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe along with the draft amendment annexed to the said praecipe and seeks permission to mention about the legal heirs V L Ganapathi as per the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

Furthermore, petitioner also seeks permission to amend the schedule of the properties, properties which are mentioned in the Will but not mentioned in the schedule. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing additional affidavit of the either of petitioner, conforming the proposed amendment, re-verification stands dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within six weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

3. Furthermore, Petitioner to file affidavit of Attesting witness as per Rule 383, file consent affidavit of legal heirs, file affidavit of service as per Rule 397, file administration bond as per form on. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules 1980.
