This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gaurang Jawahar Dalal being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Kokila Jawahar Dalal said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 01.01.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan card is already annexed to the petition.

Deceased No. 2 namely Jawahar Hiralal Dalal said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 17.08.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter. Deceased had two sons. One son namely Pranav Dalal died on 28.11.2022, leaving behind his wife, one son and one daughter. Another son of deceased namely Gaurang petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with.

4. The schedule of property refers to the some of the shares of company in the name of deceased but there is no statement either in the petition or in the schedule as to whether deceased are jointly holding of the said shares. 15.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
