This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abdul Rasool Akber Ali Navroz being son of deceased. Deceased namely Akber Ali Jafaralli Navroz died intestate at Mumbai on 25.04.1992. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
