TP/5336/2024 (E-filing) Mr. S. P. Gupta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abdulla Mohammed Bhai Suratwala being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohammed Bhai M Akberali Suratwala died intestate at Mumbai on 23.07.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Khatoonbai died on 05.09.2011. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
