As per praecipe dated 17.03.2025 filed by Advocate for petitioner, matter is on board for refund of court fees. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that the present petition is filed by widow of deceased. Deceased namely Pandu Kutty Shetty and petitioner namely Mohini Pandu Shetty and in para No. 4 of the petition petitioner is shown widow of deceased. The present petition is filed on 21.10.2024. Petitioner prays for refund of court fees, in view of the Notification dated 09.08.2024 being No. Mudrank-2023/C.R.641/M-1(Policy).

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that as per the said Notification, court fees payable by widow on Probate or Letters of Administration with our without Will justified in Article 10 of the First Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, has reduced from Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- Advocate for petitioner therefore, seeks to refund of court fees of Rs. 65,000/-.

3. In view of the above Notification, petitioner is entitled get refund of court fees of Rs. 65,000/-. Office to issue certificate accordingly. Hence, praecipe dated 17.03.2025 is disposed of.
