1. Husband of the deceased is since deceased to the deceased, as he died in the year 2022. Therefore, averment about the mother of the said husband, being the class-I legal heir of the Husband is required to be made in the petition. However, it is left.
2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the mother of the since deceased husband is no more. Hence, considering the oral submission of learned advocate for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment in respect of the mother of the since deceased husband of the deceased, in para-No. 4 of the petition. Said amendment shall be carried out within 2 weeks from the date of uploading this order. Furthermore, said amendment shall be verified or upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the said amendment, reverification stand dispensed with. However, learned advocate for the petitioner to initially the amendment. Amended petition to be uploaded in a portal within 3 days from the date of such amendment.
