1. Petitioner to produce legible identity proof of the deceased and Translation of the death certificate, produced at Ex. C.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the spouse of the deceased is predeceased to the deceased. Hence, marital status is required to be corrected. Submission is accepted. Hence, considering the oral submission of learned advocate for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment in respect of the marital status of the deceased in the title of the petition. Reverification stand dispensed with. However, learned advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. Amended petition to be uploaded in a portal within 3 days from the date of such amendment.

3. Stand over to 14th day of February 2025.
