1. In view of the statement made in para no. 4 of the petition, petitioner is permitted to carry out an amendment in marital status of the deceased within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.03.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by explaining delay vide Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
