However, the petition is signed and verified as per the Law laid down in this regard. Therefore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to put/mention the date on the Petition at appropriate places and to follow the Procedure under Order VI Rule 15 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in respect of the such amendment.
