TP/5377/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Bhakti Patil i/b. Prabhu Velar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Reva Rajendra Raut being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajendra Ramchandra Raut died intestate at Mumbai on 19.06.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had married twice. First wife was divorced by an order dated 18.09.2006 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. After the divorce, deceased remarried with the petitioner. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow (second wife) who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Petitioner to file Affidavit annexing thereto an Identification Proof of her being wife of the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board.
