TP/5377/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Vilas B. Kadu i/b. Mr. Prabhu Velar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Reva Rajendra Raut being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajendra Ramchandra Raut died intestate at Mumbai on 19.06.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had married twice. First wife was divorced by an order dated 18.09.2006 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. After the divorce, deceased remarried with the petitioner. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow (second wife) who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. As per earlier order 30.06.2025, the petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 30.06.2025 filed the identification Proof for her wife of the deceased.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
