TP/5378/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Suvarna Joshi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Yashodhan Uday Soman being son of deceased. Deceased namely Anuradha Uday Soman died intestate at Mumbai on 19.02.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.01.2025. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
