This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jitendrakumar Mohanlal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kalavatiben Mohanlal Shah died intestate at Thane on 01.06.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.01.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is not required. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
