P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sreekala Kishore Mallapur being Married Daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Radha Radhakrishna Nadkarni died intestate at Mumbai on 26.05.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. The Affidavit of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 is on record for dispensation of identification proof is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter Mangala Nandan Tavanandi has expired on 21.07.2014, she survived by husband, one daughter and one son. Therefore, deceased was survived by two daughters, one son-in-law, one grand-son and one grand-daughter. Out of them One daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
