1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Rupa Manoj Zaveri and Nehal Manoj Zaveri both being daughter-in-law and grandson of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Chandra Jayantilal Zaveri died intestate at Mumbai on 13.12.1975. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner No. 2 has filed Affidavit dated 27.07.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 03.02.1997. Deceased had only one son namely Manoj died on 10.02.2006 leaving behind his widow and three sons. Out of them widow and one son are petitioners herein and remaining two sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.04.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 30.07.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
