TP/5426/2024 (E-filing) Mr. R. T. Kharwar i/b. Adv. Anupam Dubey, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hitakshi Govinda W/o. Govinda Krishna, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Govinda Krishan S/o. Krishna Poojary, said to be died intestate at Udupi, Karnataka on 14.12.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons and two married daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner and both sons and two daughters have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.01.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
