Advocate for the Petitioner pointed out the order dated 17.03.2025 and submitted that, inadvertently amendment has been carried out without the order of the undersigned officer which is now required to be rectified. Submission is accepted. As mistake is occurred however, without malafide intention. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to aver the fact about the mother of the deceased. Upon filing of the true copy of the death certificate or Upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification stands dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
