Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of amendment.

After carrying out the amendment, petitioner to file administration bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
