1. Petitioner to take steps to correct the share of the legal heirs. Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to state about the mother of the deceased. Hence, adjourned.

2. Petitioner is permitted to correct the share in para No.7 of the petition and also permitted to make averment about the mother of the deceased. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of amendment.

Ld. Advocate of the petitioner submitted that wife of the deceased is now deceased then take steps accordingly.

5. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.01.2025 and thereby submitted that wife of the deceased has expired on 07.09.2024. Hence, petitioner wants to delete the name of the wife of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Copy of Death certificate is also annexed with the praecipe. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
