1. Upon perusal of petition amendment which is carried out on 18.02.2025 is not properly carried out because death of date of Janak Pahwa, is not mentioned or reason for deletion her name. Hence, the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned this fact.

Upon orally submission, the Ld.

advocate for the petitioner is allowed to mention the date of death of Janak Pahwa. Furthermore, upon submission of the tree copy of the death certificate of said Janak, Re-verification is dispensed with amendment is carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if the petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
