Heard Mr. Musale, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Musale informs the Court that directions contained in the order dated 09.10.2025 have been fully complied with in that view of the matter, once Department is seized with undertaking and Administration Bond.

Present Misc. Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition.

There are four legal heirs namely Raju Shravan Salve, Sunil Corrected / Modified Order as per Speaking to the Minutes of Order passed on 21.11.2025 1 of 2

35A.TP.5449.2024+.doc Shravan Salve, Ms. Meena Shravan Salve and Ms. Mangala Sanjay Kharat. Only Ms. Meena Shravan Salve has consented. Her Affidavit is appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. 5.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the non-consenting legal heirs. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the non-consenting legal heirs a copy of this order and copy of Petition and inform about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.
