This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijaya Singh being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Kalyani Jayaraman died intestate at Mumbai on 28.07.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 24.09.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
