This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anuradha Batra being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Gopal Krishan Luthra died intestate at Kanpur, U.P. on 16.11.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.08.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased died on 16.10.2023 who since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 21.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
